CARE DECISIONS WITH ROOM TO ASK

Exploring support from Two Rivers

1

Keep your established oncology care in place.
2

Talk through the concerns that prompted you to seek additional support.
3

Ask what information Nicole needs before recommending any service.
4

Discuss appointment frequency and costs before planning repeated visits.

Keep your oncology care in place

You do not have to move your oncology appointments to explore support at Eden. Continue seeing your oncology team for cancer treatment and follow-up. Nicole Saleske, FNP-BC, APNP, reviews your current care when considering whether complementary support is appropriate.

That distinction matters when a new appointment, medication, or treatment is already on your calendar. Bring your questions about timing and share your current medications, supplements, and oncology plan during Eden’s intake process. Eden does not diagnose cancer or provide chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.

Is traveling from Two Rivers to Eden’s clinic a good fit?

Eden has one clinic; find its address on our contact page. There is no Two Rivers office. For someone living in Two Rivers, the decision is whether in-person visits fit alongside existing oncology appointments and daily commitments.

The Discovery Call is a place to raise that question before making the trip. If you continue into care, ask how often in-person visits may be recommended and which decisions depend on your assessment. Recommendations vary; a particular therapy or visit schedule is not promised in advance.

You can find the clinic’s details on our Eden’s clinic contact page and see where else Eden serves patients on our service areas page.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

If Eden is a fit, cancer onboarding involves four appointments, lab work, and a full review of your care plan. Nicole uses that process to understand the person, not assign a therapy based on a diagnosis alone.

  1. Begin the intake process. Share your health history, diagnosis, current oncology care, medications, supplements, and questions.

  2. Meet for clinical assessment. Discuss your symptoms, goals, existing treatment schedule, and what you want from complementary care.

  3. Complete the recommended review and lab work. Nicole considers the information needed to assess suitable options.

  4. Review your care plan. Discuss recommendations, precautions, and what any proposed in-person visits would involve.

The precise work within each appointment depends on your needs. The free Discovery Call is a fit conversation, not a diagnosis or a completed care plan.

Who guides the plan?

Nicole Saleske, FNP-BC, APNP is Eden’s founder and lead provider. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Certified in IV Nutritional Therapy in Oncology (IIVNTP), and a graduate of the Advanced Training with Mistletoe Apprenticeship Program (PAAM).

Nicole assesses whether a service belongs in your individual plan. Eden offers options including IV Therapy and a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (hard-shell), but listing a service does not mean it is suitable for you or established as a cancer treatment. Discuss any proposed complementary care with your oncology team before starting it.

FAQ

Do I need to change my oncology appointments to visit Eden?

  1. Eden’s care is intended to sit alongside your existing oncology care. Keep your oncology appointments and tell both teams about treatments, medications, supplements, and any proposed changes.

Can I book a particular therapy before completing cancer onboarding?

A therapy is not selected from a menu solely because you have a cancer diagnosis. Nicole reviews your history, current care, and relevant precautions before recommending what, if anything, fits your plan.

How should I weigh the cost of visits from Two Rivers?

Ask about both the proposed frequency of in-person visits and the costs of recommended care before deciding. Fees depend on the assessments and services in your individual plan; the cancer care cost guide explains the factors involved without setting one price for everyone.
