Whole-Person Care During a Complex Season
Your medical context and quality of life considered together
Stevens Point-area patients can discuss the physical and practical effects of treatment without separating them from the medical picture. We consider energy, nourishment, sleep, stress, recovery, and daily function together.
A PLAN YOU CAN REALISTICALLY FOLLOW
Starting from Stevens Point
Care beside your oncologist
Your oncology team remains responsible for your cancer treatment. Eden does not diagnose cancer or replace chemotherapy, radiation, surgery or other care your oncologist recommends. Tell both teams about every medication, supplement and complementary therapy you use or are considering. Some approaches can interact with cancer treatment, so timing and suitability need individual review.
Nicole Saleske, FNP-BC, APNP, leads Eden’s individualized cancer-care planning. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber. Her training includes Certified in IV Nutritional Therapy in Oncology (IIVNTP) and Graduate, Advanced Training with Mistletoe Apprenticeship Program (PAAM). You can read Nicole’s credentials and approach on Eden’s About page.
What happens before a care plan is made?
Eden’s cancer onboarding involves four appointments, lab work and a full care-plan review. Nicole uses the assessment to consider your history, current treatment, goals and whether any supportive service belongs in your plan. Four appointments describe onboarding, not a promise that later visits or therapies will follow a particular schedule.
If you are researching specific options, explore Eden’s Holistic Cancer Care approach and read about IV Therapy. A service being available does not mean it is appropriate for you. Ask Nicole what information she needs to assess a proposed therapy with your oncology treatment.
Plan the in-person commitment from Stevens Point
For someone in Stevens Point, the practical question is not just whether a therapy sounds relevant. It is whether in-person visits can fit around oncology appointments, symptoms and the help you have for travel. Find Eden’s clinic address on our contact page. There is no local Eden treatment site in Stevens Point.
Before scheduling onboarding, ask:
-
Which of the four onboarding appointments require a in-person visit, and how should they be spaced?
-
Which oncology notes, treatment schedules, medication lists and recent lab results should you arrange to share, and how?
-
If ongoing visits or a therapy are recommended, what appointment cadence should you expect to discuss?
-
What should you do if an oncology appointment, treatment change or difficult travel day affects an Eden visit?
Do not assume visits can be combined or completed remotely. Confirm the actual appointment requirements with Eden before making travel plans.
FAQ
Is there an Eden clinic in Stevens Point?
-
Eden Healing Oasis has one clinic, at 345 Cardinal Ln, Suite 5, at Eden’s clinic. Ask which appointments require you to be there before deciding whether care fits your circumstances.
Should I wait to finish cancer treatment before speaking with Eden?
You do not need to choose between asking about complementary care and continuing with your oncologist. Do not stop or delay recommended treatment to pursue an Eden appointment. Share any proposed complementary approach with your oncology team before starting it.
Can I send records before traveling from Stevens Point?
Ask Eden which records Nicole needs, when they are needed and how to share them securely. Do not assume records are transferred automatically between your oncology team and Eden. Eden’s contact page explains why health details belong in a Discovery Call rather than a general message.
Decide whether Eden fits before you travel
If you have a cancer diagnosis and want to explore complementary care, schedule a free 30-minute Cancer Discovery Call. Bring your questions about the four appointments, records and possible visit cadence. The call is a fit check, not a substitute for your oncologist’s advice.
